(24 months) This condition is only valid for general use vehicles; For commercial vehicles, taxis, intercity buses, marine vehicles not used for starting, construction machinery, and caravans that directly power their equipment from the battery, the warranty is 1 year.

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent for repair will be added to the warranty period. The repair period for the product is a maximum of 30 business days. This period begins from the date of notification of the malfunction to the service station, or in the absence of a service station, to one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer of the product. If the malfunction of the industrial product is resolved within 15 business days, the manufacturer and importer are obliged to provide another industrial product with similar characteristics for the consumer's use until the repair of the product is completed.
If the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to material, workmanship, or assembly defects, it will be repaired free of charge, without any demand for labor costs, replacement part fees, or any other charges.
If the product; - within the warranty period from the date of delivery, experiences the same malfunction more than twice within one year, or more than four different malfunctions occur, or the total of different malfunctions exceeds six within the determined warranty period - if the time required for repair is exceeded - in the absence of a service station, respectively; if it is determined that the malfunction cannot be repaired with a report issued by one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer, a free replacement will be made.
The warranty period for a product replaced under warranty is equal to the remaining warranty period of the first product purchased. The warranty period is not restarted.
Malfunctions resulting from use contrary to the provisions in the warranty document and user manual are outside the scope of the warranty.
For issues that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, you can apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
